Returns and Exchanges

We build our shirts to fit. If yours does not, we will make it right.

Return or exchange any unworn shirt within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free. Exchanges are free. There is no restocking fee and no return shipping cost.

What Qualifies

Shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. A shirt you have tried on qualifies. A shirt you have worn to dinner does not.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@avistonnewyork.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send a prepaid shipping label within one business day.

Exchanges

Between sizes and the fit is not right? Tell us which way to go and we will send the correct size. We exchange until it fits.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect and process it within three business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Shirts

If a shirt arrives damaged or with a defect, email us within seven days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it immediately at no cost.
